No. We can agree access arrangements remotely with you. Written permission and clear key-handover arrangements are needed before accessing a property.
The package covers supervision and checks. Cleaning, laundry, restocking items and other third-party costs are separate unless your written quote explicitly includes them.
Ask about the next available visit. Weather, road conditions and safe access determine when we can attend. Roofs are observed from safe accessible positions; we do not climb onto roofs or carry out specialist electrical inspections.
